Refund Policy At Sitefina LLC, we do not offer refunds or returns on our website design services. All sales are final. We encourage our clients to thoroughly review our service offerings and consult with our team before making a purchase to ensure our services meet your needs.
Delivery Policy Our services are delivered as per the agreed timeline specified in the project contract. We strive to meet all deadlines and will communicate any potential delays as soon as they are identified. Project timelines may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the design services requested.
Return Policy As our services are customized and digital in nature, we do not accept returns. Once a service has been provided, it is considered complete and non-returnable.
Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel services up to 24 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to trent@sitefina.com. If a cancellation is requested after the project has commenced, the client will be responsible for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.
